Customers are required to record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel.
The video must show the package being opened and the product being checked, without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
This video is mandatory for any replacement request.
If the product is found to be incorrect, damaged, or defective during transit, it must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.
Further investigation in this regard will be made & replacement shall be subject to satisfaction of the concerned authority.
